En el futuro lejano los humanos han dado paso a nuevas especies de humanos llamados Metahumanos, un grupo de rebeldes de esta especie busca en una Metropoli a uno de ellos, el cual contiene la información oculta en el ADN Humano sobre los orígenes de la civilización.
Raven y su compañero Ronin Sable son los encargados de iniciar una búsqueda detectivesca de este grupo rebelde lo que los llevará por un viaje por la ciudad, la información del Genoma Humano y los secretos ocultos en nuestro ADN sobre nuestro pasado, presente y futuro.
